We introduced new model exposure equipment Esko XPS Crystal 5080 of Esko company as the domestic first unit. This exposure equipment can remove the equalization of the exposure condition at the time of the exposure, realization of the stabilization and the oxygen inhibition by the innovative technique that UV LED light technology father says. By this, I come to be able to provide the stable high-quality versions that I handled such as a microcell or the flat top dot to a customer. Please refer to a high-quality version manufactured from our system for the customer having interest than "the inquiry" of our sales representative or our homepage.

I introduced CTP flexo platemaker.

I perform the drawing that is a high hair stroke from data to a resin version for the digital plate-making directly. The plate-making that is sharp in a high hair stroke is possible because I do not use a film.

New flexo plate-making system Kodak Flexcel NX of Kodak is a plate-making method to realize quality of the heliogravure and both usability such as the offset printing by the extremely high number of the print lines and smooth gradation expression over the whole area that were good at the flat top dot.
